- Everyone has a different aspect on what the American Dream offers, James Truslow Adams says, "life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement" regardless of social class or circumstances of birth because then those people have different opportunities to receive.
- Since the moment you are born you have unalienable rights given to you for being a human, in the Preamble it states: “inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world” meaning that anyone living in the country have rights that support their freedom, justice, and liberty.
- Due to the First amendment in the Bill of Rights, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” The amendment is stating that being born in the country, automatically you have the right to speak, believe, write, or do anything, until its threatening someone.
- The Declaration of Independence it elaborates more the ideas of how a person should be treated in America, “No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.,” because of all the corruption in the early 1600’s slavery was banned and included in the Declaration.
